Our Story

Quattro was enlisted to help launch PenFed’s newly established Mortgage division. Early marketing efforts included direct mail and email and soon expanded to a variety of print and digital marketing channels. Today, we leverage our mortgage marketing expertise to develop high-performing lead generation and member cross-sell campaigns that consistently perform above industry standards.

Quattro also works with the PenFed Deposits division, developing new creative for a variety of products and channels — from credit card usage stimulation to auto loan refinancing to cardmember education. We serve as a strategic partner, delivering program recommendations to drive engagement, growth, and profit.
