The Situation

PenFed Credit Union offers its members a variety of Visa co-branded rewards credit cards. Quattro was charged with increasing card usage during the holiday season leveraging only the cards’ core benefits — no additional offers were to be used.

The Solution

Quattro developed a powerful multi-touch email campaign to drive card usage. The right message was delivered to the right cardholders at the right time, reminding them of the rich rewards they could earn by using their PenFed credit card for all their holiday spending.
