Project Manager

We are looking for a project manager for a key client relationship. The ideal candidate will understand the creative process of digital content and keep multiple stakeholders on time and on task.

This is a hands-on role, requiring both leadership and daily client contact and execution. We need a self-starter, who can be independent, but also serve as a key team player.

Responsibilities

• Lead meetings, processes and tasks specific to Digital Content, working closely with client teams and SMEs
• Ensure all content deadlines are met across multiple teams
• Act as a key day-to-day client contact
• Manage all assignments, tasks and projects so that the client’s needs are met
• Initiate communication between internal staff and clients as necessary
• Manage digital content library and updates
• Work cross-functionally to determine budgets, project estimates, schedules, and resource needs to support your client’s content needs
• Foster longstanding client relationships

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing or a related field
• 3+ years experience in a project management type role
• 3+ years exposure to digital marketing
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Superior client relationship-building ability
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, including time and resource management
• Must be a self-starter and proactive “go-getter”
