The Quattro team is seeking a full-time Digital Marketing Analyst. This role will analyze marketing performance, provide actionable insights, and develop custom visualizations that present results in a clean and concise manner. Candidates should have a strong background analyzing Paid Media programs (search, social, programmatic), though SEO experience is highly desired. This role will report to the Senior Director of Marketing & Analytics. This is a hybrid role—on-site on occasion at our office in Wayne, PA.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze customer/prospect, media and web behavioral data
  • Establish connections across multiple data sets, both online and offline to provide holistic performance reporting
  • QA data streams to ensure integrity and troubleshoot as needed
  • Develop and present findings to colleagues, managers and clients, with actionable insights and recommendations
  • With a strong focus on automation, create dashboards and custom visualizations that highlight wins and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Assist in development of campaign testing strategies that align with client goals
  • Streamline current reporting processes to develop efficiency without sacrificing insights
  • Conduct competitor analysis and review the latest market trends to identify new opportunities
  • Establish processes for the development of monthly performance summaries and quarterly business reviews

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience required, agency experience preferred
  • Ability to work successfully with teams, handle multiple projects, and adapt to changes in client priorities
  • Google Analytics experience required
  • BI platform experience required (Looker Studio, Datorama, Power BI)
  • Experience with AI reporting tools/functionality a plus
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Ability to extract insights from large amounts of information
  • Comfortable developing presentations and presenting your ideas to key stakeholders, both internally and externally
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (Marketo, HubSpot, SalesForce Marketing Cloud) and/or bid management (GMP, Skai, Marin, Acquisio) a plus
