The Situation
PenFed Credit Union offers members a variety of Visa co-branded rewards credit cards. Quattro was charged with increasing card usage during the holiday season, leveraging only the cards’ core benefits.
The Solution
Quattro developed a series of seasonally themed emails. The right message was delivered to the right cardholders at the right time — reminding them of the rich rewards they could earn using their PenFed credit card for all their holiday spending.
